Urgent Treatment Centre
We regret to inform patients that our Urgent Treatment Centre at Erith Hospital was temporarily closed this morning due to vandalism that occurred overnight.
Erith Urgent Treatment Centre has now reopened; however, we are operating with a limited number of rooms as some doors were damaged which is impacting waiting times. This has also impacted waiting times at Queen Mary’s Hospital due to patients being redirected to this site.
Please be assured that we are working hard to resolve the situation as quickly as possible to minimise the impact at both Urgent Treatment sites.
We have apologised to patients for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding at this time.
