Urgent Announcement 

Riverside Surgery, Pier Road Branch (inside Erith Health Centre) - date: 29 September 2025

We’re currently experiencing a major IT outage at Erith Health Centre which is affecting the whole building, including our Pier Road branch. This may impact appointment check-ins, clinical systems and communication.

What this means for you

• You may be asked to re-book your appointment.
• Please leave your name, date of birth and contact number with the receptionist. Your details will be passed to our Care Coordinators, who will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange or advise on next steps.
• For urgent medical problems today, please use NHS 111 or dial 999 in an emergency.
• Routine prescription requests can still be made in writing or via the NHS App where available.

We’re very sorry for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we work with the centre to restore services. We’ll update this page as soon as possible
