Important Prescriptions Update!
Processing time changes from 1st April 2022
All requested presciptions
- Three (3) working days from the time we recieve the request
- The Prescription will be sent to your nominated pharmacy after 4pm.
Acute Medication requests
- If you are requesting an acute medication (e.g.: creams, antibiotics etc.)
- Seven (7) working days process.
- Any prescription requests that are requested too early will not be processed.
- Requests should be made in good time so that you do not run out of your medication, but not too early or they cannot be issued.
- Remember to allow extra time at weekends and bank holidays, when the surgery is closed.
