Our practice uses a triage system, once a triage has been completed you receive a booking link which remains active for seven days. During this time, we advise patients to continue trying the link, as availability changes frequently.

Our reception team are unable to book appointments manually, as they do not have access to the triage booking system and are not able to override it.

If you experience any problems, our reception team can offer guidance but cannot book an appointment.

You do not need to complete an accuRx Patient Triage if you would like to book an appointment with the Nurse for childhood immunisations, dressing change, asthma review, cervical screening etc please phone or visit your nearest branch to book an appointment.
